4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you are responsible for:

• Making your own travel bookings and arrangements
• Ensuring all travel documents are valid
• Following all laws and regulations
• Obtaining appropriate insurance
• Verifying all information provided
• Making informed decisions based on our guidance

5. Limitations of Liability

Times Travels Ltd provides consultancy services only. We are not liable for:

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Visa rejections or processing delays
• Third-party service provider issues
• Changes in government regulations
• Personal injury or property loss during travel
• Financial losses from travel arrangements

6. Fees and Payments

Consultation fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before service provision. Payment terms and conditions will be specified at the time of service agreement.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information based on our 40 years of experience. However, travel requirements, prices, and regulations can change rapidly. Clients must verify all information independently before making decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our consultations, including advice, guides, and materials, are the intellectual property of Times Travels Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
